Why Vanessa
For more than 21 years, I've helped clients move more comfortably, recover more fully, and feel more at ease in their bodies.
Every session is customized to what you need that day. Whether you're recovering after travel, managing chronic tension, staying active on the golf course, or simply looking for time to reset and recharge, your session is designed specifically for you.
My approach draws on decades of advanced training and experience, allowing me to adapt each treatment rather than follow a standard routine.
The goal is simple: exceptional bodywork that meets you where you are and helps you feel your best.

Every session begins with listening
Your body's condition on the day, not a standard protocol, determines the treatment. Techniques are chosen for you, not from a fixed menu.
20+ years, fully certified
CAMTC certified #14830. Fully insured. MBLEx passed. Trained in over 18 modalities. You're in expert hands.
Discreet & professional
Punctual, prepared, and respectful of your privacy. The experience begins the moment you book.
No two sessions are identical. Before we begin, I listen to what you say and to what your body is telling me. That listening shapes everything.
Your space.
Your pace.
Your session.
